Item Contamination

This screen allows user to map contamination group to an item. It will also allow user to define contamination matrix for the item.

Item Contamination Creation:

1. Open Item Contamination

2. Clicking on NEW displays the following screen:

3. The fields in the Item Contamination screen are listed below:

4. Select the Item and Contamination Group 

5. Grid has the following columns:

6. Clicking on Remove removes the selected rows.

7. In order to edit a Item Contamination, click on the desired record in Item Contamination screen to highlight it in the summary list.

8. Double click on the highlighted row or click on OPEN. The Item Contamination screen opens.

9. The desired fields can be edited.

10. Clicking Save saves the contamination details for the Item.

11. Clicking Delete deletes the contamination details for the Item.

12. Clicking Undo reverts the screen to last saved data.
