Synchronize Delivery History

In Tank Management, there are parts of the system where the data came from Legacy application to .NET application and vice versa. To create a bridge between these two applications, Synchronization Process is used via WRITE and READ tables. As the system evolves, i21 made a bridge to sync the data from the same environment (121 AR) without the interference of the Origin application.
